Revolution tour came to school and Blake did a freestyle song with random peoples things in there pockets

For my elective im doing electrified kapa haka we have started designing our masks  jack and i have Te Kore the god of nothingness to design the mask on.

Term 2 Goals

Last term my goals were to get sports captain in the second cycle and to get cultural and sports golds by the end of the term

so far i have achieved nothing 

This term my smart goals are the same 

I am going to achieve my goals by working hard in kapa haka, signing up for sports teams and being a leader in class 

My Recount

Bepp the starter went off.  Running out of the start I was looking for the first challenge it was button sewing, I went first sewing the button on his arm then dad did it to me it took along time next was making a house painting it and putting an origami bird on top of it that was definitely one of the hardest.

Next was the three legged race we started of with out talking but then dad starting saying in out in out in out then we started to get a roll on passing people. Then i tripped up but we still keeped going and finally got to the next challenge which was a blind fold challenge i had to lead him through a series of obstacles including trees and zig zag through stuff the next challenge was the movie challenge trying to guess the song I was really bad at it but dad was good and we did it really quick.

The challenge after was hard we had to find cards and match to a letter but we had to run on the beach .When i was running to the next challenge my legs were sore we ran out on the viewing platform where i saw someone standing on a chair doing signs with her hands “what is she doing”i wondered we got a card with the signs she was doing and a letter underneath the first was b then i “come on let’s go” instructed dad running to the marshal so i followed him when we got to the marshal da d wrote on the card k-e “good work” commented the marshal

Two challenges later we started to come back to the finish the last challenge was the dance challenge we had had practiced the dance the week coming up to the race and were quite good we got to the challenge and nailed it then we ran it to the finish. About 45 minutes laters we were called up onto the sound shell to collect our 2017 x race champions glass trophy.

I was so proud to win and will do it next year
